Serving the Wenatchee Valley
Local tech help that actually shows up.
Computers, WiFi, TVs, smart home, and repairs — handled by a local technician, usually within the week. In-person visits are $95 for the first half hour ($135 outside the Wenatchee Valley corridor), then $75/hour after. No job too small.
What do you need help with?
Pick what sounds like your situation. Every one of these is a real job that's been done on the bench or in someone's home — see proof in the Repair Portfolio.
Slow, won't start, pop-ups, or new setup
Running slow, won't boot, full of pop-ups, a cracked laptop screen, or you just got a new machine and don't want to set it up. In your home or dropped off.
Learn More →Dead zones and gear that won't connect
WiFi dead spots, mesh setup, streaming devices, plug-in cameras and video doorbells, smart speakers, and the Alexa or Google gear that won't connect.
Learn More →Hookups, streaming, remotes & repair
Get the TV, receiver, soundbar, and streaming boxes working together, the remotes simplified, and the picture and sound dialed in — or the TV repaired if that's the problem.
Learn More →"They told me to just throw it out"
Cracked tablet screens, gaming consoles, appliance control boards, small engines. If someone told you to just buy a new one, bring it here first.
Learn More →For short-term-rental owners
WiFi, smart locks, and streaming fixed fast — you don't need to be on-site, and we'll coordinate access with your cleaner or manager.
Learn More →Where this business started
On-site repair for a privately owned pinball or arcade machine, plus mail-in restoration for vintage receivers and guitar/bass amps.

Diagnose & quote
The first-visit fee — $95 ($135 outlying) for the first half hour of an in-person visit, $50 for a drop-off — covers an honest assessment, and counts toward the repair if it goes ahead. If the fix isn't worth it, you'll hear that: the fee still applies, but you won't spend a dollar more chasing a repair that doesn't make sense.
Fixed & documented
A real turnaround date, then before/after photos and notes on exactly what was done.

Who's behind the bench
You're handing your gear to a named person who lives here — not a queue in another city. Loren has spent decades on the electronics bench and ran a software company before that. Around town, he's taught computer science and cybersecurity at Cascade High School for five years and counting, coaches youth soccer, plays music at his church, and spent five years as a volunteer firefighter with Chelan County Fire District 3. That same decades-deep, board-level skill — tracing a fault to the one failed part instead of swapping the whole thing — is what diagnoses your laptop or your home network.
