Competent repair techs for vintage gear are getting harder to find — the largest PNW shops run 8–10 week backlogs just to evaluate a piece. We do component-level board repair, not just clean-and-recap maintenance, with real turnaround commitments and documented, before/after work so you know exactly what was done to your gear.

Pricing

One pricing structure, the same across every line. A $50 drop-off diagnostic covers your first 30 minutes — the same $50 no matter where you're located. Bring it to our Leavenworth, WA location yourself at no charge, or we'll pick it up for $20 per trip in the Wenatchee Valley corridor ($40 for Plain, Lake Wenatchee, Chelan, Manson, and other areas outside the corridor), paid in full when you book the pickup. Prefer we come to you? An in-person visit is a $95 first-visit fee in the Wenatchee Valley corridor ($135 for Plain, Lake Wenatchee, Chelan, Manson, and other areas outside the corridor). After the first 30 minutes it's $75/hour in 30-minute increments, with an estimate before any work beyond the diagnosis. Parts at cost. See the full breakdown on the Pricing page.

Mail-in works the same way: the $50 diagnostic applies once it arrives, you cover shipping both ways, and a full restoration is quoted up front before any work begins.
