In-person visit
We come to you — a home, a short-term rental, a church, a small business — anywhere in the Leavenworth / Upper Wenatchee Valley area. Computers, WiFi and smart home, TV and home theater, streaming, printers, network and AV troubleshooting, and on-site repairs.
$95 covers the trip and the first 30 minutes in the Wenatchee Valley corridor ($135 for Plain, Lake Wenatchee, Chelan, Manson, and other areas outside the corridor), then $75/hour after that. A $50 deposit is charged when you book and comes off the total; it's refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. Not on-site — you'll coordinate access with a cleaner, manager, or lockbox? That's fine.
Repair drop-off
Leave a laptop, tablet, gaming console, TV, appliance board, small engine, pinball board, or vintage stereo for bench repair. $50 diagnostic, covering the first 30 minutes, due when you drop it off — the same $50 no matter how it gets to us.
Pickup is paid in full when you book — refundable if you cancel or reschedule 24+ hours ahead. Bringing it in yourself never requires payment up front.
