In-person visit — $95 ($135 outlying areas)
Covers the trip, your first 30 minutes on-site, and the diagnosis. $50 is charged when you book and comes off the total.
Drop-off diagnostic — $50
Covers the first 30 minutes — the same $50 wherever you are. No transport charge if you bring it to Leavenworth yourself.
After the first 30 minutes — $75/hr
Billed in 30-minute increments, with an estimate before any work beyond the diagnosis.

"Is It Even Worth Fixing?"

Sometimes the answer is no, and you'll hear that from us before you've spent money chasing it. A five-year-old laptop that needs a $60 drive and an hour of labor is worth it; the same laptop needing a board and a screen usually isn't. Either way you get the numbers and our recommendation before any work beyond the diagnosis starts — and if replacing makes more sense, we'll suggest options that fit what you actually need.
