How It Works

Visits are in-home, scheduled directly with you. Describe the issue when you reach out so we arrive prepared.

One pricing structure, the same across every line. An in-person visit is a $95 first-visit fee in the Wenatchee Valley corridor ($135 for Plain, Lake Wenatchee, Chelan, Manson, and other areas outside the corridor) that covers the trip, your first 30 minutes on-site, and the diagnosis — the same whether or not the repair goes ahead, and that 30 minutes counts toward the work if it does. $50 of that is charged when you book and comes off what you owe for the visit. After that it's $75/hour, billed in 30-minute increments, with an estimate before any work beyond the diagnosis. Parts at cost. See the full breakdown on the Pricing page.
