Expert Pinball & Arcade Machine Repair & Maintenance
Keeping pinball & arcade machines in peak condition in Leavenworth, Peshastin, Dryden, Plain, Lake Wenatchee, Cashmere, Wenatchee, Chelan and surrounding North Central Washington and beyond.

Our "Consultation First" Approach
We believe in transparency. Before we schedule a service call, we discuss the issue with you via phone or email. This ensures we have the expertise and potential parts to fix your specific machine before any charges are incurred. If we can't fix it, we'll tell you upfront.
Service Categories
On-Site Diagnostics
Most pinball and arcade work happens on-site, since the machine doesn't travel. The first-visit fee covers the trip and the first 30 minutes; after that, labor is $75/hour billed in 30-minute increments. A standalone board can also drop off for a $50 diagnostic — the same $50 no matter where you're located, with no transport charge if you bring it to Leavenworth yourself, or pickup at $20/trip in the Wenatchee Valley corridor ($40 outlying). See Pricing for the full breakdown.
Maintenance Packages
Comprehensive preventative care including full playfield cleaning, waxing, and rubber ring replacement to keep your game playing fast and looking like new.
LED Upgrades
Convert older incandescent bulbs to modern, cool-running, vibrant LEDs. Reduces heat damage to backglasses and plastics while brightening up the artwork.
Complex Shop Repairs
For extensive work like full mechanical rebuilds or complex board diagnostics, we may recommend transporting the machine to our shop environment.
