Pricing
One simple structure, no surprises.

In-Person Visit
Covers the trip and the first 30 minutes on-site, including the diagnosis. A $50 deposit is charged when you book and comes off the total.
Repair Drop-Off
The same $50 applies no matter how the device gets to us. What changes is just the logistics:
Pickup is paid in full when you book — not a deposit, the whole fee — and refundable if you cancel or reschedule 24+ hours ahead. Bringing it in yourself is free and never requires payment up front.
Labor After 30 Minutes
Billed in 30-minute increments. You get an estimate before any work beyond the diagnosis begins.
Parts
Billed at cost, itemized on your invoice.
Applies Everywhere
One structure across home visits, WiFi & smart home, TV & home theater, device & electronics repair, PC/software, rental-property support, pinball/arcade, and audio/amp restoration.
How the first-visit fee works
The in-person visit fee, or the $50 drop-off diagnostic, covers the first 30 minutes and is owed whether the news is good or bad. Most diagnoses wrap up well within that time; if yours needs longer, anything past 30 minutes is quoted before it starts, so you'll always know before we keep going. If the repair goes ahead, that first 30 minutes counts toward the work — you're not paying it twice. And if a fix isn't worth it, we'll tell you and stop there.
For in-person visits, a $50 deposit is charged through the scheduling page when you book. It comes straight off what you owe for the visit — it isn't an extra charge — and it's refunded in full if you cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more before your appointment. A cancellation inside 24 hours, or a no-show, forfeits the deposit. The balance is due at the visit.
Dropping it off yourself: nothing due until you bring it in, then it's the $50 diagnostic. Booking a pickup instead: the $20 or $40 fee is charged in full when you book, refunded if you cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more ahead, and forfeited on a same-day cancellation or no-show. Either way, the $50 diagnostic is billed separately, when the device comes in or goes back.
In-person visits are $95 in the Wenatchee Valley corridor (Leavenworth, Peshastin, Dryden, Cashmere, and Wenatchee), and $135 for Plain, Lake Wenatchee, Chelan, Manson, and other areas outside that corridor. For repairs, dropping a device off at our Leavenworth, WA location is always free; having us pick it up is $20 per trip in the corridor, $40 for Plain, Lake Wenatchee, Chelan, Manson, and other areas outside it — paid in full when you book the pickup.
Something Else?
Amusement-route field service and school-district contracts are quoted per job, not part of the structure above — see For Businesses. Don't see what you need anywhere on this page? Reach out and tell us about it — we're happy to work out custom pricing or a contract for something outside the usual.
