The shop is in Leavenworth. That's where the bench is, where drop-offs come, and where every trip starts from. There are no other offices or storefronts.
Two things depend on where you are: what an in-person visit costs, and what it costs to have a device picked up. Everything else is the same wherever you are.
Two zones
Wenatchee Valley corridor
The standard in-person visit fee applies here, and device pickup is at the lower of the two trip prices.
Outside the corridor
Longer drives, so the visit fee and the pickup trip are both higher. Same work, same labor rate once we're there.
What it costs
- In-person visit: $95 ($135 outlying areas)
Covers the trip, your first 30 minutes on-site, and the diagnosis. A $20 deposit is charged when you book and comes off the total.
- Drop-off diagnostic: $50
Covers the first 30 minutes, and it's the same $50 wherever you are. No transport charge if you bring it to Leavenworth yourself.
- After the first 30 minutes: $37.50 (per additional half hour)
That works out to $75/hour, billed in 30-minute increments, with an estimate before any work beyond the diagnosis.

Device pickup is priced on the same two zones and is paid when you book. Dropping a device off in Leavenworth yourself carries no transport charge, though the $50 diagnostic still applies once the device is in hand. The Pricing page has the pickup prices and worked examples.
