Everything from the wall out — getting the TV, receiver, soundbar, and streaming boxes working together, the remotes simplified, the picture and sound dialed in, and the TV itself repaired when that's the problem.
The Part After the Mount
Most people don't need a five-figure home-theater integrator. They need the new TV talking to the receiver, the soundbar actually playing, the streaming apps signed in, one remote instead of four, and the picture not looking like a soap opera. That's the work here — no project minimum, no enterprise sales process.
What we don't do: wall-mounting TVs, installing brackets, drilling, or running cable inside walls — that crosses into contractor and electrical work we're not set up for. If the TV is already mounted or sitting on a stand, everything from there is us.
Hookups & Sources
Connecting the TV, receiver/AVR, soundbar, speakers, streaming boxes, and game consoles — HDMI, ARC/eARC, optical, and getting the right input to show up with the right button.
Streaming & Apps
Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV, Chromecast, and smart-TV apps — set up, signed in, profiles sorted, and an over-the-air tuner or antenna box added if you're cutting the cord.
Remotes
Universal-remote programming, replacing lost or broken remotes, and getting it down to one that everyone in the house can actually use.
Picture & Sound Tuning
Picture-mode and motion settings, audio-sync fixes, and soundbar/subwoofer calibration so it sounds the way it should.
TV Repair
If the TV itself is the problem — no power, no picture, failed HDMI ports, backlight issues — that's board-level repair. Drop it off, or we'll assess it on a visit. See Device & Electronics Repair.
Church & Nonprofit Systems
Troubleshooting, tuning, repair, and training on the sound and projection system your church or small nonprofit already has — feedback and wireless-mic problems, mixer settings, projector image and connection issues. Standard pricing, same as any other job. (We don't mount projectors or speakers or run cabling.)
Based Here, Not Driving In
We're based in Leavenworth, serving Leavenworth, Peshastin, Dryden, Plain, Lake Wenatchee, Cashmere, Wenatchee, Chelan and surrounding North Central Washington — not commuting in from Wenatchee or further out for a single appointment.
Pricing
One pricing structure, the same across every line. An in-person visit is a $95 first-visit fee in the Wenatchee Valley corridor ($135 for Plain, Lake Wenatchee, Chelan, Manson, and other areas outside the corridor) that covers the trip, your first 30 minutes on-site, and the diagnosis — the same whether or not the repair goes ahead, and that 30 minutes counts toward the work if it does. $50 of that is charged when you book and comes off what you owe for the visit. After that it's $75/hour, billed in 30-minute increments, with an estimate before any work beyond the diagnosis. Parts at cost. See the full breakdown on the Pricing page.
No Minimum
One streaming box, one remote, one room's sound — small jobs are welcome.

A $50 deposit is charged when you book; it comes off what you owe for the visit and is refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead.
