Home networking and smart-home devices are where a lot of good gear goes to waste because the setup never got finished. The goal here is simple: reliable coverage in every room, and every device doing what it was bought to do. We work with plug-in and wireless equipment — not running cable inside walls, and not electrical work like swapping light switches or hardwiring doorbells.
WiFi & home network
Dead-zone fixes, mesh WiFi setup, router and modem replacement and configuration, range extenders, guest networks, and getting a rural or slow connection as solid as it can be.
Cameras & doorbells
Plug-in and battery security cameras and video doorbells connected and set up in the app, with recording and notifications working the way you expect.
Smart locks & access
Battery and retrofit smart-lock setup — the kind that replaces the thumb-turn with no wiring — plus codes, app setup, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Speakers & assistants
Smart speakers, streaming devices, and Alexa / Google Home set up, linked together, and actually responding. Getting a smart thermostat onto WiFi and into your app, too — the setup side, not the wiring.

Pricing
One pricing structure, the same across every line. An in-person visit is a $95 first-visit fee in the Wenatchee Valley corridor ($135 for Plain, Lake Wenatchee, Chelan, Manson, and other areas outside the corridor) that covers the trip, your first 30 minutes on-site, and the diagnosis — the same whether or not the repair goes ahead, and that 30 minutes counts toward the work if it does. $50 of that is charged when you book and comes off what you owe for the visit. After that it's $75/hour, billed in 30-minute increments, with an estimate before any work beyond the diagnosis. Parts at cost. See the full breakdown on the Pricing page.
No Minimum
One stubborn dead spot or a whole-house setup — small jobs are welcome.

A $50 deposit is charged when you book; it comes off what you owe for the visit and is refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead.
